Role Descriptions:
We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Intern to join our team in Lahore. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management. Outstanding candidates may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Help manage employee benefits and personnel records.
- Maintain HR documentation and assist in administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Having Command in Google sheets or MS Office.
