Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage human resource operations for a hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR policies, performance management, and maintaining a productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for operational and support staff. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues. • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. • Coordinate payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records. • Support performance evaluation and employee development initiatives. • Plan and execute employee training programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. • Support workforce planning according to operational requirements. • Provide HR reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality industry. • Strong experience in recruitment and managing large teams. • Good knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
