HR manager

-Identify staffing needs for newly opened collection centers (front desk, phlebotomists, technicians, support staff) alongwith main lab.

-Draft job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and source candidates through multiple channels.

-Conduct screening, interviews, and final shortlisting in coordination with departmental heads.

-Ensure timely onboarding so the new center becomes operational without staffing delays. Maintain employee records and contracts as per labor laws and company policy.

-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational SOPs. Work closely with business managers to forecast future staffing requirements for expansion.

-Develop pipelines of potential candidate.
