*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and modern HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate should have a bold professional presence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives

3. Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation processes

4. Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws

5. Coordinate training, development, and team engagement activities

6. Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting

7. Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner

8. Support management with strategic HR planning

*Requirements:*

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience: 3+ years in HR role, preferably in IT or corporate sector

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

4. Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and Google Workspace

5. Confident personality with a professional and modern outlook

6. Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and handle multiple priorities

7. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
