Lead talent acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.

Onboard new employees: Create and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure seamless integration into our company culture.

Drive performance: Establish and manage performance review systems, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.

Manage compensation and benefits: Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Foster positive employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and promote open communication to create an inclusive and productive work environment.

Develop and implement training programs: Enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth through effective training initiatives.

Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

An MBA or HRM degree is highly preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in HR management roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with a diverse workforce, including international teams, is a plus.
