HR Officer

Benchmark Architect is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations.

The HR Officer will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and attendance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist with Attendance Management.
