Hybrid Car Mechanic

Cyprus Hybrid Solutions is looking for a skilled Hybrid Car Mechanic to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will be instrumental in diagnosing and fixing complex issues, contributing to our commitment to quality service.

As a Hybrid Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing thorough inspections, accurate diagnostics, and reliable repairs on hybrid vehicles. This includes working with high-voltage systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and utilizing specialized diagnostic tools. The position requires relocation to Cyprus, with full relocation support provided.

• Perform detailed diagnosis and repair of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including battery management and electric drive components.
• Inspect and maintain automotive electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools, such as OBD-II and hybrid vehicle-specific diagnostic equipment, to identify and troubleshoot system faults.
• Repair and service high voltage batteries and associated management systems to maintain optimal battery health and vehicle performance.
• Conduct diagnostics and maintenance of brake systems to ensure safety and reliability of hybrid vehicles.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electric motor systems and hybrid vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) to resolve performance issues.
• Implement recommended maintenance procedures and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Document all diagnostic findings, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately to support warranty claims and service records.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay current with advancements in hybrid and electric vehicle technologies to enhance repair techniques and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and electric vehicle handling protocols during all maintenance and repair tasks.
