Description
We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced and freshies as well with a strong emphasis on International Cold Calling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Converting the leads into Sales, and a proven ability to work with Outbound Sales.
*This is a full-time onsite role. Office location is Tech Society Johar Town and Gulbreg as well.*
Night Shift
8:00 pm till 5:00 am for Johar Town Office
7:00 pm till 4:00 am for Gulbreg Office
Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email campaigning.
- Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers.
- Identify customer needs and requirements.
- Promote and position the strategic & tactical values of Golden Key Stone offerings.
- Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities.
- Function competently and competitively in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center environment that requires project and time management skills.
- Develop a good relation with the Sales lead in order to convert those leads into Sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh or 2+years of outbound B2B sales experience OR a combination of work experience and education.
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
- Active listening and communicating skills.
