Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Inventory Manager (Females Only) to oversee and manage the inventory of our business across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in making follow-up calls to ensure payment clearance from clients.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily inventory levels across all business units.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Prepare and share inventory reports regularly with the management team.
Follow up with clients for pending payments via phone and WhatsApp.
Keep a log of all payment-related communications and share updates with the accounts team.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock or billing.
Coordinate with logistics teams for deliveries and stock movements.
Assist in stock audits and provide support in analyzing stock aging and usage.
Use inventory and accounting software for tracking and updates.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (remote-based).
Prior experience in inventory management or admin roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Confident in making calls to clients for payment follow-ups.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory software.
Reliable internet connection and power backup.
