Responsibilities

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

ยท Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

ยท  Screen engineers' CVs and conduct technical interviews

ยท  Conduct training sessions for engineers on daily operational tasks

ยท  Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network and account configurations

ยท   Guide clients through resolutions via phone, email, or chat

ยท  Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., software developers)

ยท  Track and resolve system issues within agreed timelines

ยท  Provide clear and timely feedback to clients

ยท  Log, prioritize, and manage multiple open support issues

ยท  Prepare accurate reports and maintain records of activities

ยท  Document technical knowledge in manuals and support notes

ยท  Own tasks and demonstrate flexibility for late nights or weekend assignments as needed

ยท  Act as a bridge between field engineers and clients to maintain smooth communication and relationships

Requirements


ยท  Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

ยท  0โ€“6 months of experience in IT support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)

ยท Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

ยท  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
