IT Support Intern [Job ID: 351888]

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated IT Support Intern to manage data within Oracle's Inventory Management Module. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, supporting smooth operations across our fast-food chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update inventory data in Oracle's Inventory Management Module.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, item details, and transaction histories.
• Correct and update product recipes to reflect accurate ingredient lists and quantities.
• Collaborate with the IT and Marketing team to validate recipe changes and updates.
• Ensure that recipe data aligns with inventory and cost management objectives.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address inventory issues and updates.
• Provide regular updates to management on inventory status and data integrity.
• Regularly review and audit inventory data to identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, data entry, IT support, or a related role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Familiarity with Oracle Inventory Management or similar inventory management systems will be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English
