IT Support Officer provides technical assistance and solutions to users, ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. 

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and on-site. 
• Technical Support:
• Providing first and second-level support to end-users, answering questions, and guiding them on using IT systems and applications. 
• Hardware and Software Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, etc.). 
• Network Administration:
• Assisting with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 
• User Account Management:
• Setting up new user accounts, managing passwords, and ensuring appropriate access permissions. 
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintaining records of IT incidents, solutions, and user issues, as well as creating documentation for procedures and troubleshooting steps.
