Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Technical Support:
- Providing first and second-level support to end-users, answering questions, and guiding them on using IT systems and applications.
- Hardware and Software Management:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, etc.).
- Network Administration:
- Assisting with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
