Junior Closer – Final Expense Campaign
Are you a skilled sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We are hiring Junior Closers to join our dynamic team for the Final Expense Campaign. As a Junior Closer, you will work with leads, engage with potential clients, and secure sales by effectively presenting final expense insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
Close sales deals with prospective clients for final expense insurance plans.
Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads provided by the team.
Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide the best solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Need excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to handle objections professionally and remain focused under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
