We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Lead Generation Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities
Lead Research & Identification
- Identify potential leads through various online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, company websites, etc.).
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.
Outreach & Engagement
- Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Maintain professional and persuasive communication to nurture leads.
Database Management
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is up-to-date.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts and outcomes.
Follow-ups & Lead Qualification
- Follow up with leads to assess their interest and qualify them for the sales team.
- Filter and prioritize leads based on company requirements.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Adapt strategies to improve lead acquisition and conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 6 months in lead generation or a related field.
- Skills:Strong proactive approach
- Excellent learning ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
