Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but not yet made a purchase.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and terms.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
