We are a US-based digital agency building a remote team of talented freelancers in Pakistan.
We’re looking for a Social Media Organic Expert / Manager who specializes in one platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube).
What we’re looking for:
- Proven expertise in organic growth strategies—no paid ads.
- Ability to build and grow our social media presence from the ground up.
- Skills to drive traffic organically and attract the right audience.
- Experience in generating qualified leads through organic methods.
- Strong knowledge of how to make content go viral organically using creative techniques and platform best practices.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and audience behavior on the chosen platform.
Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads using online tools, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and decision-makers
Reach out to prospects via email and social media with personalized messages
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads
Maintain detailed and up-to-date lead data in the CRM
Create and manage lead generation campaigns
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize lead strategies
Stay updated on trends in lead generation and digital prospecting
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or B2B outreach
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to meet lead generation targets consistently
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Experience with tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar is a plus
