Job Description:
1) Working closely with various business teams for contracts drafting & negotiation support while adhering to all relevant legal requirements and internal policies, internal controls and SOP’s.
2) Ensuring compliance with legal team protocols & SOP’s in day-to-day tasks and playing an active role in ensuring compliance by business functions.
3) Supporting senior members of the Legal team in day to day tasks.
4) Supporting the senior litigation counsel in day-to-day litigation management and effective liaison with external counsels.
