Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager and Personal Assistant to oversee operations for both our institute and software house. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual capable of managing teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and ownership. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include managing personnel, scheduling and conducting weekly meetings with the owner, and ensuring all operational aspects of both the institute and software house are handled effectively. This position demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. A background in business administration or a related field is highly desirable.

Manage and lead teams within the institute and software house.
Coordinate and conduct weekly meetings with the owner to report on progress and discuss strategic initiatives.
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
Provide executive-level personal assistance to the owner.
Implement and maintain operational standards and best practices.
