The Manager of Finance Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Designing, implementing, and optimizing financial systems and workflows for accounts payable/receivable, payments, and collections.
• Preparing financial reports (P&L, budgets, forecasts, MIS), analyzing performance, identifying trends, and assessing risks.
• Leading budget development, monitoring, and managing budget allocations.
• Supervising accounting/finance teams, training non-finance staff, and ensuring compliance.
