Manager Operations & Accounts / Distribution Manager

Company

Growing distribution and manufacturing business operating through an in-house ERP system and managing a large sales, delivery, warehouse, and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of sales, delivery, warehouse, and accounts departments
• Monitor ERP entries, ledger accuracy, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse operations, and inventory reconciliation
• Enforce customer credit limits and recovery follow-up with sales team
• Review daily sales, collections, expenses, and cash reports
• Prepare and monitor monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Analyze expenses, margins, and operational costs
• Coordinate sales tax and income tax matters with tax consultants
• Maintain staff discipline and departmental coordination
• Ensure company SOPs and internal controls are followed
• Prepare weekly operational and financial reports for management

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in operations, accounts, or distribution management
• Experience in FMCG / distribution business preferred
• Good understanding of accounts, ERP systems, stock control, and P&L analysis
• Basic knowledge of taxation and compliance
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
