We are a growing organization seeking an experienced Tele Sales Team Leader / Manager / Sales Executive to oversee our sales operations, specifically within billing campaigns. We value leadership, performance, and the ability to drive teams toward achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and deliver regular performance reviews.
• Manage and optimize billing campaign operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Develop scripts, sales pitches, and strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Generate reports on sales performance, team productivity, and campaign outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader / Manager in telesales, preferably in UK campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 2 UK campaign experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
