Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, leading diverse teams, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee a team of cold callers, cold email marketing executives, and social media marketing agents, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our SaaS platform and services.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cold callers, cold email marketing executives, and social media marketing agents.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct outreach.
Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Define & manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, X and more.
Demonstrated ability to run paid campaigns on above mentioned social media platforms
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse marketing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
