Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will also manage brand messaging, analyze performance data, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, paid ads, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Lead and manage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and improve customer retention
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing KPIs and ROI
  • Manage digital marketing budget and allocate funds efficiently

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with e-commerce or B2B SaaS
  • Graphic design or video editing skills
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web development
