About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and strengthening the Luxor brand, increasing online visibility, and driving direct bookings through effective digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on managing social media, running targeted campaigns, and creating engaging content to attract potential guests and support overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (content, posting, engagement, DMs)
• Develop and execute brand strategy
• Plan/run/monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize results
• Coordinate collaborations, influencers, and partnerships
• Plan promotional campaigns based on occupancy needs
• Work closely with Sales Manager on offers and campaigns
• Coordinate property photoshoots and visual content

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads)
• Creative thinking with analytical ability
• Good communication skills
