Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to aggressively market our agency, drive brand awareness, and actively reach out to potential clients and partners. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on marketing experience, a strong ability to generate leads, and excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in healthcare, rehab, or staffing industries).
- Strong telemarketing and direct outreach skills – ability to confidently call potential clients and partners.
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in the healthcare, rehabilitation, or staffing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies to expand the agency’s reach and grow its client base.
- Proactively call and engage potential clients, partners, and healthcare facilities to promote Rehab Accomplished’s services.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven improvements.
