We are looking an experienced marketing manager holding MBA degree
Salary: 80k to 150k
Working: Work From Home
Days: 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts.
• Create and curate marketing content.
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance.
• Support sales efforts and lead generation.
• Manage public relations and media interactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on managing multiple brands or businesses
- Holding MBA degree is a plus point
- Must be on camera during working hours(Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
