Mechanical Technician job is available in Kasur, Punjab for a leading manufacturing company. An ideal candidate should have a relevant education degree/diploma/certification in Mechanical along with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.

Mechanical Technician job role is to inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment.

Timings: Shift Based

Location : Kasur, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose and perform major and minor repair work on motors, pumps, hydraulic equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, supply and exhaust fans
• Operates a variety of diagnostic instruments and a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools.
• Tests, troubleshoots, services and repairs mechanical equipment.
• Inspects, adjusts and replaces necessary mechanical equipment and related parts in the performance of repair and maintenance work.
• Evaluates status of mechanical equipment, and performs or schedules needed repairs.
• Conducts various analyses and inspections of mechanical systems to determine the most cost-effective means of maintenance, repair or replacement.
• Performs, documents, and creates preventive maintenance plan on all appropriate equipment about HVAC system operations.
• Provides emergency field assistance to disabled equipment as needed and appropriate.
• Maintains records, prepares reports and other specialized maintenance records of equipment and mechanical equipment.
• Perform each day’s tasks according to the work order system.
