We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Runner with expertise in running and optimizing Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who is performance-driven, analytical, and up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook (Meta) and Google.
Conduct audience research and create compelling ad copy and creatives.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and ad formats.
Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking.
Stay updated with changes in ad policies, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, and analytics tools.
Ability to create effective ad strategies for different industries.
Familiarity with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel creation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Must have a stable internet connection and be available on video during working hours.
