Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta & Google Ads Expert to manage our advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge ad campaigns that align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase performance and revenue through Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure optimal ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages to identify best practices.
• Manage budgets and forecast marketing campaign growth.
• Develop detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and design teams, to ensure coherent ad messaging and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with the advertising guidelines and policies of both platforms.
• Write compelling content for ads and post captions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage and handle social media platforms effectively, ensuring consistent presence and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of ad serving tools and experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field is preferred.
