Montessori Directress

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Directress to join our early years program.

This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, following the principles of Montessori education. You will play a key role in guiding children's development and instilling a love for learning.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a prepared environment, implementing the Montessori curriculum, and observing and assessing teachers. You will also communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.

1. Montessori certification or equivalent.
2. Strong understanding of child development principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
