Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to perform various routine office support tasks and maintain cleanliness in the workplace. The Office Boy will assist in serving beverages, handling minor clerical duties, and ensuring a neat and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring a tidy environment before and after meetings.
Handle the photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents when required.
Distribute documents, files, and messages within the office and nearby locations if necessary.
Assist in receiving, stocking, and managing office supplies.
Perform routine checks of office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.) and report issues.
Support staff with minor errands and office-related tasks.
