Company: Data Pulse Technologies Job Title: Operations and Administrative Coordinator Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension) About the Role: Data Pulse Technologies is a growing IT service provider offering a range of technology solutions to clients. At Data Pulse Technologies, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day operations and administrative needs. This role will be key in ensuring the smooth operation of various business functions, assisting with project coordination, and supporting the management team. This is an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities: · Draft and review documents, proposals, and other business communications. · Organize and coordinate meetings, both internally and with clients, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. · Track ongoing projects, new requirements, and maintenance work, ensuring all activities are logged for billing and operational reporting purposes. · Assist in generating and submitting invoices based on project logs and completed work. · Create presentation materials and other business documents as needed. · Maintain and update calendars, schedules, and task lists to ensure smooth workflow across various projects. · Liaise with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure efficient communication and coordination. · Monitor and record business activities to streamline reporting and performance reviews. · Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, client follow-ups, and task prioritization. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related fields (preferred). · Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles, preferably in an IT or technology-related company. · Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). · Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. · Basic understanding of invoicing and project tracking processes. · Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: · Experience working in an IT services or technology company. · Familiarity with IT project management practices. · Experience in supporting financial reporting, billing, and invoicing processes. · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
