Job Title: Appointment Setter/Cold Caller (Office-Based—Night Shift)

Campaign: USA (Outbound B2B/B2C)
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are looking for highly experienced and driven appointment setters/cold callers to join our on-site team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This is a night shift role tailored to U.S. campaign hours.

Background in appointment setting for sales, insurance, real estate, or digital marketing (international campaigns.)

Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM
Engage professionally and confidently with decision-makers
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Follow call scripts and handle objections effectively
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Minimum 3 years of BPO and cold calling experience (U.S. campaigns preferred)
C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 5 AM)
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
Experience using CRMs and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, HubSpot,GHL etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
