Job Description:

5 Star Utilities is looking for passionate and driven Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients to promote our range of utility services, including energy, gas, telecom, merchant services, AI software, and more. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and close deals will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential business customers from provided leads or databases
Present and promote our services clearly and persuasively
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored utility solutions
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update accurate client information in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality
Fluency in English.
