Patient coordinator-Patient Scheduling Specialist - Customer Service

We are a medical billing and healthcare support company operating in Pakistan and the United States, looking for a Patient Coordinator / Scheduling Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in patient coordination, customer service, call center operations, appointment scheduling or closing.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with patients by phone.
• Schedule appointments with doctors, sonography centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Handle incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling.
• Make outbound calls to patients when appointments need to be scheduled or confirmed.
• Contact patients already listed in our system and coordinate their required healthcare services.
• Follow up with patients and confirm appointment details.
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment information.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and our internal team.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Good computer and organizational skills.
• Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus.

The primary responsibility is to communicate with patients and successfully coordinate their appointments and required services.
