Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our executive team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and facilitating efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be discreet, professional, and possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. A strong understanding of office procedures and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this position. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
