2.Other Requirements
1）Englishskills:Goodreadingandwritingskills,goodlisteningandspeaking
skills.
2)work experience: Clear understanding of the Pakistani agriculture and
pesticide industry. Over 8 years of experience in local pesticide companies and at least
5yearsinSales.
3)Familiarity with the composition ,active ingredients, purchase season and
usage of main stream products in the market.
4)Good communications kills with customers and an understanding of local
business etiquette. Be familiar with the top100 pesticide companies in Pakistan and
have certain customer resources(boss/purchase manager/product management
manager, etc.)
5)Have an understanding of the market price of the product, have a good
sensitivity to the market and information channels.
