Phone Sales Representative (Remote | EST Timezone)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)

Industry: Local Services (moving, cleaning etc.)

We’re looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of local service companies, building relationships with customers, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers & answer inbound calls
• Present services clearly and persuasively
• Convert leads into confirmed sales/bookings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Consistently hit sales targets & KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in phone sales/telemarketing/customer service with American Customers
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections & closing sales
• Professional phone etiquette with a friendly, energetic tone
• Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Mon–Fri
