School Principal

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our school, which offers early childhood education under Pingu's English and progresses into the Eureka School System (O-Level track). The Principal will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, staff development, and a safe and nurturing environment for students from preschool to secondary levels.

Responsibilities:

Proven track record in managing O-Level curriculum, teacher supervision, and exam coordination

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must be able to communicate with parents, staff, and international stakeholders

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills

Ability to work with digital tools – Google Workspace, school management systems, etc.

Curriculum planning and implementation

Staff hiring, training, and development

Parent engagement and student discipline handling

Requirements:

Education

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
A Bachelor's or Master's in English, Early Childhood, or Sciences is also acceptable if supplemented with leadership experience.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (preferably in Cambridge/O-Level system)

Minimum 3 years of leadership or administrative experience as a principal, vice principal, or academic coordinator

Familiarity with Montessori/Early Years methods for the primary section (especially Pingu’s English)
