Job Summary:

The Production Helper will assist in the smooth operation of the production line by supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, preparing raw materials, and ensuring timely supply of items required for production. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform various tasks to keep the production process running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and production staff in daily activities.
Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and equipment as required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Prepare and supply raw materials, packaging, and other items to the production line.
Perform basic manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and arranging goods.
Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines.
Support quality control by ensuring defective or damaged products are reported and separated.
Perform any other task assigned by the Production Supervisor.
