*🎥 URGENTLY HIRING: Professional YouTube Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer*

We are looking for a highly creative and reliable YouTube Video Editor and Thumbnail Designer to join our growing channel immediately. This is an urgent hire – we need someone who can start right away.

*Responsibilities:*

Edit 1–2 videos per Day Video.

(Duration 8 min to 15 min) + one short about BTS minutes each)

Add engaging cuts, transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and background music

Ensure pacing and storytelling match YouTube-style content

Work with raw footage and bring creative ideas to enhance the final product

*Requirements:*

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Strong portfolio of past YouTube videos

Understanding of YouTube algorithm, pacing, and audience retention

*Responsibilities:*

Design eye-catching and clickable thumbnails for each video

Create 2–3 thumbnail options per video to A/B test

Use bold text, expressions, and imagery to improve CTR

*Requirements:*

Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools

Experience designing thumbnails for YouTube (portfolio required)

Knowledge of what makes thumbnails go viral
