About the role

The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining high service standards across all apartments by monitoring operations, conducting regular inspections, and identifying areas for improvement. This role ensures that every property meets company standards and that guest experience remains consistent, reliable, and high-quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer experience and satisfaction
• Review guest feedback and identify recurring issues
• Conduct physical inspections of apartments (cleanliness, readiness, standards)
• Prepare daily and weekly quality reports
• Develop and improve SOPs and inspection systems
• Identify root causes of complaints
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for issue resolution
• Evaluate performance of housekeeping, caretakers, and co-hosts
• Recommend improvements and track implementation

Work Details

• Working Hours: 9 hours (1 hour break)
• Days Off: Not fixed (rotational/managed internally)
