Description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and presentable individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin cum Secretary. This multi-faceted role requires someone who can handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, and assist senior management with secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain and organize front desk operations
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain records, files, and documents with accuracy
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings and events
  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
