We are looking for a smart, organized, and presentable individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin cum Secretary. This multi-faceted role requires someone who can handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, and assist senior management with secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and calls in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize front desk operations
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain records, files, and documents with accuracy
- Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications
- Support management in day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings and events
- Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
