Responsible for recovering outstanding payments, managing
defaults, and negotiating settlements
This includes maintaining client relationships and
implementing recovery strategies to minimize financial risk.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration,
Accounting, or related field
Experience: 2+ years of Experience in Debt Recovery,
collections, or Credit Control, Preferably in the
Real Estate Sector.
Understanding of Real Estate Installment Plans,
Payment Structures, and Legal Recovery Procedures.
