Key Responsibilities:


High-Volume Sourcing:

Use job portals (like Indeed Pakistan), social media, and professional networks to find Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and telesales agents.


Screening & Assessment:

Conduct initial phone screenings and face-to-face interviews to evaluate communication skills, language proficiency (often English and Urdu), and cultural fit.


Interview Coordination:

Schedule and manage interview rounds with hiring managers or CEOs.


Onboarding:

Oversee documentation, contract dispatch, and initial induction for new hires.


Reporting: Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records using HRMS tools or tracking systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Typically 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the BPO or call center sector.


Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is standard.


Skills:

Communication: Fluency in English and Urdu is often mandatory; some roles require Hindi for specific campaigns.


Industry Knowledge:

Understanding call center dynamics, shifts (including night shifts), and KPIs.

Networking: Strong links with call center agents and industry networks.

Degree:

Bachelor's in Business Administration
