Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, with a particular focus on Sales, Business Development (BD), Customer Support (CSR), BPO, and IT/technical positions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Hire for a range of roles, including Sales, BD, CSR, BPO, and Technical/IT positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
