Search O Pal is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to spearhead our recruitment operations. This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team and overseeing diverse hiring projects for our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, and a proven track record of delivering high-caliber candidates efficiently.
This position is crucial for maintaining our clients' talent acquisition success and ensuring Search O Pal remains a leader in recruitment services. You will be instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies, managing team performance, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent across various industries.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, assigning vacancies and monitoring performance for timely hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to accurately define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Track recruitment progress, ensuring quality shortlisting, successful interviews, and placements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer negotiation.
