• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
• 1-2 years of experience in technical research writing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent understanding of referencing styles (APA, MLA).
• Strong knowledge of online search engines and libraries.
• Ability to produce original, non-plagiarized work.
