We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement. - Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment. - Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs. - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. - Proficient in restaurant management software, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
