StackWorx is looking for a skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with React.js experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of professional experience and be comfortable working across both backend and frontend development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving scalable web applications while working closely with the development team in a collaborative on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.

 Build clean, scalable, and maintainable backend and frontend solutions.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with developers and other team members to plan and implement new features.

 Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Stay updated with modern web development practices and technologies.

Requirements

2 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

Hands-on experience with React.js.

Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and API integrations.

Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Good understanding of Git and version control systems.

Familiarity with modern frontend development practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on production-level web applications.

Understanding of authentication and authorization systems.

Familiarity with third-party API integrations.

Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
